Structured Paths to Feeling Better
Multi-week programs that combine sessions, daily practices, and check-ins — for people who want a clear plan rather than scattered advice.
Restore Your Rest
A 6-week program for chronic poor sleep, built around circadian rhythm, stress, and evening rituals.
Calm Under Pressure
An 8-week stress resilience course blending breathwork, cognitive tools, and mindful movement.

Listen First
A thorough intake conversation covering sleep, stress, movement, food, and emotional load.
Build Your Plan
A written care plan with two or three focused priorities — not a list of twenty.
Practice Together
Guided sessions and simple daily rituals you can realistically keep up with.
Review & Adjust
Regular check-ins to notice what's working, adjust what isn't, and celebrate progress.
A Hub, Not a Clinic
DivineWellnessCareHub was founded by practitioners who felt the wellness industry had become loud, expensive, and oddly punishing. We wanted to build the opposite: a calm, affordable hub where people could get real support from real professionals — without being sold a miracle or made to feel broken.
Today our team of coaches, yoga teachers, nutritionists, and care workers serve clients across the country, in person and by telehealth. Every plan is built around your life, your body, and your pace.
People Who Care for a Living
Credentialed, experienced, and genuinely warm — you'll be matched with the practitioner best suited to your needs.

A few words from people who came to us tired — and left with something workable.
"I came in expecting a lecture about diet and exercise. Instead I got a conversation about my sleep and my stress — and within three weeks I was actually sleeping through the night again."
— Rachel M.
"The gentle movement program gave me back my confidence after two years of chronic pain. No pressure, no shame — just small steps I could actually do."
— James T.
"As a full-time caregiver, I never prioritised myself. The emotional support sessions gave me space to breathe. I recommend this hub to every caregiver I meet."
— Priya S.
Things People Ask Us First
If your question isn't here, send it to us — we answer every message personally.
Is this medical care?
No. DivineWellnessCareHub provides wellness coaching, movement instruction, nutrition guidance, and emotional support. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and our services are not a replacement for care from a licensed physician. We're happy to coordinate with your existing medical team where helpful.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — the majority of our sessions are available by secure video call. Yoga and movement sessions can be done online, and we provide modifications for smaller spaces and limited equipment.
How much does it cost?
Initial consultations are free. Individual sessions range from $65 to $120 depending on the practitioner. Multi-week programs are priced as a bundle with a discount. We also hold a small number of reduced-fee places for people facing financial hardship — just ask.
Do I need to be "good at" yoga or meditation?
Not at all. Most of our clients are complete beginners. Our practitioners are trained to work with people returning from injury, illness, or long periods of inactivity — there is no performance expectation here.
How is my information handled?
All sessions are confidential. Your notes are stored securely and are only accessible to the practitioner supporting you. We never sell or share client information, and we do not use session content for marketing.
Can I change practitioners if it isn't the right fit?
Absolutely, and without awkwardness. Finding the right fit matters more than loyalty to a booking. Just let our care coordinator know and we'll rematch you.
You Don't Have to Feel This Tired
